I am not saying that this is a magic fix or that it will work for everyone, but I did want to share what helped resolve my framerate issues. My game would never go above 35 FPS before I applied Fast Sync, even on fresh servers. I have been using Fast Sync for over 2 months now, and it has significantly improved my game's performance.
